NO WARRANTY: CREWSPEC IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

NO LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL CREWSPEC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration organization we choose.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our platform. Your continued use of the service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability
